Received wrong order notified company…
Received wrong order notified company and place a new order. Never responded to wrong order emails after sending 5 and hasn’t responded about my new orders. Phone number not working either. Just want a refund for both orders at this point!

Terrible Experience
I sent an email requesting a tracking link as the last communication provided was payment received. This is the 3rd day from when Estaderma received payment and still no information of shipment when someone has to be here to receive the package. I found my package was delivered on my rear gate under the hot Florida sun (note that the products are temperature sensitive) rather than the front door. Additionally, the products were so loosely packed.

We have gone back to our email conversation with you and found out that in Korean time, the automatic email about the payment confirmation was sent on May 3rd, and the following day, May 4th, an automatic email with the tracking number included was sent out. (We also provided a screenshot as proof that the mentioned emails were indeed sent to you) Regarding the packing, we apologize if it was not satisfactory. For every order, we always try to have them well packed in order to be shipped out. I love Estaderma
I love Estaderma. Their delivery was exceptional. I received my order after just a few days to Australia. The customer service is great and I even got a pressie. They respond to inquires quickly. . . Simply the best.
