I am delighted to share my personal experience with Estaderma. I highly recommend Estaderma for their outstanding customer service. Their attention to detail, quick response time, efficiency, accuracy, and personal attention truly make them stand out. They have a deep understanding of their customers and their transactions, making each interaction feel personalized and meaningful. Estaderma has undoubtedly earned my trust and loyalty, and I am confident they will do the same for anyone seeking exceptional service.

Very professional company! They have excellent customer service and products. The communication is very good, and they do their best to satisfy the customer. Fast shipping, always lovely packaging, and surprises me with kind gifts. ES

Estaderma is top notch from ease of transaction, to fast and reliable shipping! They have the best products, all are 100% authentic and can be confirmed as such. They go above and beyond with their customer service. I’ve purchased with all of the popular vendors of this type, and Estaderma takes first place across the board! Thank you for a job well done!

A little disappointed my order was shipped with one ice pack it’s not good enough as it is in transit for 7 days it was well & truely melted by the time it arrived. They are now charging for the ice packs fair enough I guess but surely they can put at least two with the orders?? I know the fed ex plane sat In Singapore over the weekend it was stinking hot!

Volveré a hacer pedidos. Muchisimas gracias!

Esterderma really exceeded my expectations with their incredible customer service and communication. They truly went the extra mile to ensure that all of my delivery requests were fully met whilst giving me all of the necessary information to make a fully informed choice. I love their products which have totally transformed my skin. Their prices are the best I've found for their completely genuine products. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and are definitely my number one choice for all Korean skincare products.

Estaderma is a first rate company! They respond to my emails the next business day - many other Korean vendors don’t. Their prices are very good, but they have tremendous sales. Products always shipped promptly and they accommodated a request I had regarding my order when they were very busy. They are my favorite vendor. A+++
