As you previously mentioned in your review, there was an acknowledgment of a mistake in making the Remitly payment on your part. Hello, Thank you for writing us a review. However, there are several topics we would like to point out about this review that we consider to be misleading and arbitrary. We have checked your email's history and we found out that your emails were written towards the end of the long South Korean Thanksgiving holidays which, unfortunately, resulted in us replying later than normal. Anytime we have holidays and we happen to be out of the office, we make sure to put up a notice on our website so that everyone is informed. We understand that not getting a response right away can be frustrating but that does not justify the way you used unpleasant adjectives to refer to us. (Especially when you were not aware of the holiday situation) We would like to kindly inform you that we usually respond to emails in the order they get to us, which means, that before replying to you we had to go over all the other customers who had written to us before you. We are sorry you had to wait more than normal, however, we are only human and we do our best to reply as soon as we can. Regarding the payment methods, at that moment, Wise and Remitly were the 2 options available on our website. We want to clarify that we are not forcing anybody to buy from us and would never do so. Additionally, we would like to state that in this case, your order process was disrupted because we could not follow our usual order procedure due to your request which did not abide by our policies. However, we are trying to accommodate it and doing our best to ensure you receive your order. We sincerely hope we have cleared this out and that your order process goes smoothly from here on.
