I received a damaged box of items and wasn't sure what to do. Luckily I reached out to Estaderma right away and after I finished inspecting everything, all my products were safe. However, the response I received from them was quick and very reassuring. If I had any issues or product loss they were there to help me out. They were so kind and helpful and told me how to to handle it if I did have any product loss. You will keep me as a customer just by answering questions I send to your company.
