Your original payment was received on April 26th, but unfortunately, the amount was incomplete, which prevented us from processing your order immediately. We reached out to notify you of the issue, and the remaining balance was received on April 30th. Shortly thereafter, our operations were affected by a series of national holidays in South Korea (May 1st, 5th–6th, 4th and 3rd being weekend), which were publicly posted on our website in advance.
