Dear Lillian- A one star review isn't fair. Here are the facts. You called and spoke to a representative and told them your having a block party in Patterson NJ. To which you inquired about the cost. Based on the information given to the representative, you were quoted $350 dollars as the minimum premium required by our insurance carrier. To which you responded no thank you. Then you went to our website and purchased a policy for a b-day party through our automation tools. The ESP staff then reached out as we have to review all purchases and informed you that once again we could not cover the block party as a b-day party insurance policy. To which you demanded a refund. That refund has been processed through to the credit card company(within 1 hour of your request) and you will be receiving that money as quickly the the credit card company processes the refund. I am sorry you didn't get what you wanted in terms of pricing but the team at ESP was forthright in telling you the costs upfront. Please have a great block party and we wish you nothing but the best.
