Our company (Funkalicious Beach Ball, Inc) has been a customer of ESP Specialty for over four years now, and we will never seek elsewhere for our liability insurance needs, due to their exemplary customer service. It has always been 5 Star level. They respond to every inquiry and request within hours if not sooner, they have exceeded our expectations with providing COI documents even before we ask many times, their level of professionalism and service is top notch - we could not ask for more. And we have found the pricing of their insurance products to be spot on, more than competetive. In an era since Covid hit in 2020 of at best tedious and at worst infuriating customer "service" (phone recordings, automated chat "help" and outsourced overseas "representatives"), ESP is a refreshingly first person, attentive and extremely accessible human interactive experience. We continue to be impressed and pleased - well done ESP and thank you.
