Pobrali dodatkową opłatę za przepakowanie paczki do kartonu bo ponoć nie spełniała jakiś wytycznych dla paczki międzynarodowej... Przedmiot otrzymałem owinięty byle jak, folą bąbelkową bez żadnego kartonu. Kontakt z pseudo firmą nie istnieje. Odradzam

They cheat with price calculation.

I have ordered 2 items from Amazon worth EUR 100.00 ... 3 weeks down the line, none of them have arrived, no one is answering the phone number listed (the phone is switched off for days) and no one is replying to my emails. Have prepaid the delivery of one of the parcels .. the other one is not even registered on their system yet! AVOID!!!!

Wouldn’t even give them one star. It’s zero stars. I placed an order with a restaurant I’ve ordered from many times before because thats what came up on the website for delivery. The restaurant is brilliant so this is no reflection of them. When placing the order it uses your location. You can adjust that to the right house as a pin point. Then put in the actual address. An hour after ordering I phoned the restaurant and they said it was on the way. Half hour after that I phone again. We drop then advised they have no control over delivery. Eventually I see someone pull up in the drive next door where the original pin drop was in a 3 house cul-de-sac. The order was for my 78 year old mother who needs to eat at certain times. Receiving a small order after 1 3/4 hour

For future buyers: practice shows that negative comments here are written by nervous and impatient people. Their sick projections are their mental property. I ordered boxing shoes from Paris to Riga (Latvia). Standard process of interaction at all stages. I am satisfied. Have a happy life!

They delayed my delivery for two months. Stopped answering emails.

Looks like they lost my parcel and I get ignored by the support for weeks

After several years of impeccable collaboration, they suddenly suspended several deliveries (UK, France, USA), leaving me with packages stranded all over the world. It took countless emails, orders, and additional fees with alternative transport companies to finally get the packages delivered to me. And when I asked them to simply put two packages together at their warehouse in France, so that I wouldn’t have to pay DHL twice, they asked me to pay a huge fee — so high that it was actually cheaper to place two separate orders. A huge fee just for somebody to tape two boxes together, even though the whole situation was caused by them in the first place! And to top it all off, a package from the USA reached me after about two months… EMPTY. An empty envelope, nothing more, nothing less. The $15 broken watch I had bought on eBay for parts was missing from the package.
