Old time customer, service has remained excellent
Old time customer, the operation has changed over the years in some details, yet the service has remained excellent in every aspect. so just wanted to thank the company and refresh my feedback .

The service is working well
The service is working well for Romania, at least for nov-dec 2025. I had several packages delivered from Germany to Romania, 1-2 weeks. Things that can get better are payment options (now I can only pay at delivery time which is expensive) and real time tracking (informations are not up to date at all)

Thank you!
For future buyers: practice shows that negative comments here are written by nervous and impatient people. Their sick projections are their mental property. I ordered boxing shoes from Paris to Riga (Latvia). Standard process of interaction at all stages. I am satisfied. Have a happy life!
