Don't trust them. They claimed that a shipment was stolen after they received it in their warehouse, while it was being transferred to Greece. They never sent any proof of an actual investigation. After waiting months and months for compensation, they claimed that shipments were not properly insured, therefore they could not pay back in full their customers. This is a ridiculous company. Never use them again.

Paczka z UK u nich na magazynie od 08 lipca. Dotarła do PL 14 sierpnia. Na ich stronie znajdziemy informację że paczki z UK wychodzą dwa razy w tygodniu i czas transportu do 5 dni roboczych. Nic bardziej mylnego🤣Po wielu mailach do nich za każdym razem inny termin dostawy i inny powód opóźnienia. A to że 23 lipca dopiero trafiła do oclenia a to mają problem techniczny a to organizują transport.Dopiero po prośbie o oficjalny status mojej przesyłki przysłali maila z pełną rozpiską podróży mojej paczki i nie było tam żadnego wspólnego mianownika z tym co pisali w poprzednich mailach.Jako rekompensate za opóźnienie zaoferowali 10% rabatu na następną paczkę🤣🤣🤣 Na 100% następnej nie zamówie.Zero profesjonalizmu.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that delays can happen. Unfortunately, after more than two months, I feel I have no other choice. I spent several thousand on my order, but my package has been stuck with no progress for over two months. During this time, I have contacted customer service many times. Every conversation ends the same way: apologies, promises that the issue is being investigated, and requests to contact them again later. Despite all of this, nothing has changed and I still have not received my order. In my experience, the customer service is at the lowest level. Instead of providing clear information or an effective solution, I keep receiving the same generic responses while the problem remains unresolved. I genuinely do not like writing negative reviews, but after waiting this long and spending so much money, I feel completely let down. At this point, I am even wondering whether I should seek legal advice. I hope this review encourages the company to improve both its customer service and the way it handles delayed orders.

I had a very disappointing experience with EshopWedrop. My parcel was shown in their system as “sent by courier”, but the courier’s tracking showed that the parcel was still waiting to be handed over. In other words, EshopWedrop’s status and the courier’s status directly contradicted each other. The parcel should have been delivered long ago, but there was no real progress, no clear explanation, and no proof that the parcel was actually handed over to the courier. This is especially frustrating because the service had already been paid for. What makes the situation worse is the lack of transparency. A customer should not have to chase both the forwarding company and the courier just to understand where a parcel physically is. In my opinion, this is a serious failure in logistics and customer communication. Until EshopWedrop can provide reliable tracking, proof of handover, and proper support when something goes wrong, I cannot recommend using this service. I am still waiting for either delivery, a clear explanation, or compensation.

Ludzie uwazajcie to firma krzak . Szkoda,ze wczesniej opinii nie przeczytalam tutaj. Paczka u nich w magazynie w Uk , nie chca potwierdzic mojej tozsamosci ,mimo ze zrobilam wszystko zgodnie z ich instrukcja. Rzecznik praw konsumenta i inne instytucje trzeba bedzie zawiadomic bo to oszusci sa

STAY AWAY!!! I use them 3 times and the first package made 3 months to come, second one came after 1 month and the 3rd one which was a 800€ mobile phone after 2 months they inform us it got lost. The packages were coming from Netherlands to Italy with DHL they received them and we have their signature and from Italy never came to Cyprus.
