I purchased the TwinXL Medium Firm Hybrid. My experience from eShine was perfect from start to finish. They responded quickly to a couple I had. They mattress construction was exactly what I was looking for. It's a more firm medium. I put it at a soft 7. I can back or side sleep with no numbness or tingling and great Lumbar support. I actually was sleeping on a Purple 3 that had softened quite a bit. That mattress was $1800. The edge support was also important and the eShine is solid around the edge. I'm 5'11" and 178lbs for reference. I've slept on it 3 weeks so longevity will be interesting to see.

Great price for great product. So far I'm impressed with my purchase of the E5000 Luxe Series. How it holds up long term is the only question unanswered and only time will tell.

The assembly instructions are not clear. I had to go to your web site to figure it out. The pad on the bed is not firm, it's hard. we had to buy a pad to make it comfortable. But the bed itself works great. she is getting a full night's sleep for the first time in a year.

Eshinesleep has great customer service. I ordered a patient adjustable sleep bed, I called/emailed the customer service to cancel the order the 2nd due to my own reason. Customer service worked timely to refund me. I do trust and recommend this company based on my positive experience.
