I just don’t under why my order is taking so long

Terrible customer service. Never recvd reply from order on Jan. 10 and it’s now April 4th no merchandise but they have my money. Waiting on reply and refund. Very unsatisfied .

Don't buy anything from them. Their goods are not as described and they just ignore you. Period. No response. Nothing. I wish I had read the universally bad reviews before I had purchased. The problem is that their web site seems professional. However, this is THE con. If you have arrived here after being burnt then welcome to the Esfranki ex purchasers club. As you can see it has many members. If you've been clever and checked here first, then you have saved yourself some grief.

Yipes - what a scam. Product was not received for 42 days and then was damaged and "outside" of their return policy. From China. SCAM!

Got some of the makeup they say covers up tattoos. Phoera, it won’t even cover up small sun spots! It took forever to get the product. I would definitely not recommend.

I ordered two of the GPS dog collars late at night and posted on Facebook that I ordered them to track my dog if she was ever lost. Paws contacted me and said the items were useless and only tracked for 100 feet. I contacted them the next morning and asked to cancel the order. They finally replied back three days later that I could not cancel. They are shipping anyway and charging me. Beware of this company.

Same story as everyone else on here-- JUST DONT DO IT! The products look awesome, and maybe they are- somewhere overseas where they have them stored. But I am fairly certain now 2 + months after ordering my products and not having received them, that I never will. I emailed several times asking to get a proper tracking or just a refund but absolutely no response. I then just had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a few items from Esfranki in January and I haven't received my order or even an update to my order as of yet. I have e-mailed the support line and received the same response that others have stating they will look into my order and get back to me. Now they won't even respond to my e-mails asking for updates and what is taking so long. This company seems to be a scam from all of these reviews so do not waste your money on them.
