I placed 1 star, actually should’ve had any stars😡I ordered an item via Facebook, and paid via PayPal, gone 8weeks + and still have not received my item, numerous emails sent regarding same, no response, when I msg via messenger, some person say I must contact customer care which I have done time and time again... these people are thieves, asked for a refund still no response, and they advertise on Facebook, please can someone help me, with reporting this scam site, and they r still on Facebook, and their selling link is still operating, how can that be??? Please help...thank you, this is so sick them to steal money off us innocent buyers😢😡

This is the worst company, I ordered something on February 6, 2019 and it is now April 1, 2019 and still nothing, I get an answer to my emails that states yes they see my order and will check on it and I never hear back. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle and DONT ORDER FROM THEM! I am now trying to just get my money back!

Tracking devices, ordered 6, paid 6?and received 1. No answer yet after March 10th...These devices cost with “Wish” 1 euro each! I paid €8 euro’s something each! Same devices....very bad customer service and company, a rip off br Paul

I spent £60 with these people over 2 months ago, never received the things I paid for and the customer service team are just ignoring my emails.... how can we get these people stopped. Absolute scum of the earth.

scammer that advertises on Facebook. They will send you tracking information if you persist however the tracking information goes to a dead-link for some China post. Basically just a rip off. You can also go to their website and be equally dis-appointed. I think they may just be a rogue artificial intelligence agent stealing US dollars. You will also get multiple support tickets that are basically a loop that says customer service representative will review your request however they do not actually review anything they just send you another support ticket #.

I ordered a concealer on February 10th, 2019. Today is March 29th and I still have not received it..it has been almost two months waiting for 1 small bottle of concealer. Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT shop here unless you are willing to wait two months or even never for a product.

This company is a total scam. I ordered products from them months ago. They send a bogus tracking # that doesn't even exist and when you e-mail them for a refund they say the products are already on their way. I haven't received the products nor have I received REAL tracking info. Do NOT purchase anything from this company.

TERRIBLE COMPANY I ordered a tank top, it took over a month to receive the item. When I did receive it, the item did not fit. When asked if I could return the item they stated that there was a no return policy because the item was sold at a discounted price, this was never communicated when I received confirmation of my purchase. I asked to return the item, of course there is no way of knowing that the item (which was purchased online) would not fit. To this day, after three weeks, they still have not responded to my request. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY! BAD BUSINESS, HORRIBLE PRODUCT, UNPROFESSIONAL, WORTHLESS.
