I have ordered three times from Esfranki. My first order took approximately three weeks but it was over the Christmas period, on emailing the company I received a reply the next day. My 2nd and 3 rd orders I received within two weeks. I have just ordered another product and understand that it may take time items do come from China

Totally stoked with my experience! Absolutely LOVE the magnetic eyelashes! Great quality and beautifully packaged in attractive and sturdy storage container inc. fantastic application tool. Order took maybe 4-5 weeks but I wasn't really counting as I buy a lot online & items from China take 4-6 weeks as standard. Only took one star off as they sent the wrong style of lashes, they're still awesome though!
