I have been conned by this company. Bought a dog tracker. It didn’t work, sent numerous emails, opened dispute with PayPal who said I have to attach proof of return which did not work do sent it via their message centre. They said case closed. Now they have the product back so I lost even more money posting it. Surely something must be done! How about going to consumer rights?

Charged three times for phone holder...never received one. How do I give zero stars. I dump on these guys every time their promoted posts appear on social media. Do the same to save others this fate.

I followed up on an order that I had not received and it seems there was no such tracking number. I then tried the contact us option and of course, it could not process my request for info. Seems I have been scammed along with others at this site.

After 2 mos...maybe 3...received item. No paperwork, no invoice. Product does not work. They did respond to my emails but they will not accept return or issue a refund. Wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. I hope this company crashes soon so others are not scammed!

so regret ordering from them today. I ordered one phone holder and they charged me for two !! Followed directions on Paypal to cancel order but there was no "cancel" option ! Finally got a message response from the company - told them I want refund AND I will be complaining to BBB, Paypal and FB !! Sooooooo regret this and should have read all these frickin reviews before I even dealt with them but the phone holder looked pretty cool.

BS Company. Nearly all of their products are available on amazon where you can have some protection.

This is another company that Facebook allows to scam people on their site. Placed an order a month ago, still no confirmation of shipment. The tracking number is not legitimate and no response from customer service I would actually rate this company 0, do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!!!

Well the package FINALLY arrived after nearly 3 mths. Original tracking number supplied was not legitimate. First email checking to see what was happening was answered saying they apologised and it will arrive soon. Second email requesting a refund was responded to around 10 days later saying it was on its way and gave me a tracking order number that was legitimate. Products arrived but boxes were all smashed up and one product leaked. All products obviously copies as there were no warranties, packaging was largely generic and no instruction manuals where required. On the plus side.... they weren't rude.....
