Posted a job on Upwork and worked with both Ethan and Victor (and his team). Run a grassroots nonprofit called C4 Leaders (had a tight budget) and both Ethan and Victor worked their magic on creating a beautiful website. Our nonprofit uses PIZZA to help all people RISE and Victor was an essential ingredient in helping us get clear on our messaging. Victor and I emailed back and forth over 100 times and he was very responsive and had incredible customer service. Very much appreciate their hard work in helping me and my nonprofit serve others. DOMT USE THEM, They have escalated the issue and now have started to leave fake reviews of my company online. I would not recommend Esclatech based on my experience. They talked a big game in the beginning, but once it came time to actually deliver, they did not follow through. I have tried calling multiple times and they have not picked up or communicated properly. At this point, they still have not delivered what was promised and they have yet to refund me. What is most frustrating is that they seem more concerned about reviews than actually fixing the problem or refunding a customer. I gave them a fair chance to make it right, but the lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be careful before working with them. Don’t use them unless you are prepared to chase them for answers and possibly your money back. DONT EVER PAY THEM THROUGH ZELLE!! They took my money and haven’t returned it or responded. Since it’s through Zelle you can’t contact your bank to get a refund so they get away with this.

This is more of a story about not living up to your customer's contract and being accessible to make the customer happy when it becomes clear that it isn't going to work the way you originally agreed to, even with the customer being willing to sacrifice some of the original $ investment. I hired Esclatech to develop an online funnel and email program for my consulting firm. I was clear that it would be a test run to see whether that was indeed the road I wanted to take. Things were going along fine but they lost the primary to employee that I was working with to a tragic accident. This was indeed unfortunate for them and I was patient for them to get back on track with me. It took months. And then it was choppy. The replacement POC did not attend to the progress of my project. I started working more with Ethan who had been in the picture. I wanted to just call it off and ask for my money back by showing me the contract, which they never reproduced for me. And I could not find the DocuSign they had sent. I assumed it meant I had a good case for getting a refund, but honestly, I know they put some time into the project so I was willing to work with them on just a partial refund. The back and forth went on for a while, making it clear they didn't want to produce any dollars to refund. But then they just stopped replying to my emails. I copied others in the company. I sent a registered letter to their TX address and it was returned "undeliverable." I had asked for someone to work with me but my emails just stopped getting replied to. I am sorry to say but I just would not recommend this company because of the way I was treated.

I felt the need to share my experience so other business owners can proceed with caution. While Esclatech initially came across as very knowledgeable and spoke as if they had extensive experience within my specific industry, something about the interaction did not sit right with me. During our meeting, they sent me a link to view a social media page they claimed to manage and stated that they had grown the account to nearly 20,000 followers. However, the sales approach toward the end of the meeting felt extremely pushy. I explained multiple times that I needed time to speak with my admin before making any decisions, but that I was highly interested and would follow up the next morning. Instead of respecting that, the conversation immediately shifted to pricing and attempts to lower the cost to get me to sign up on the spot. Afterward, they repeatedly spam called and excessively followed up through our business line, which only made the situation feel more greedy and desperate. What ultimately confirmed my concerns was that I personally contacted the company whose social media page they shared with me, and the owner stated they had never heard of Esclatech and that they manage their social media completely in-house. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to thoroughly verify any claims, references, or client examples before moving forward. I wish this would not have happened because I would have easily gave them 5stars.

After accommodating my wishes, and within an hour of confirmation and granting them access to the sight, my issue was fixed.
