EsclatechReviews of esclatech.com

I’ve worked with Esclatech for a while now, and I have to say that Victor is great. He has been responsive and communicative from the very beginning. Over the years, I’ve found that SEO companies all have different strengths and weaknesses, and the right fit often depends on your business and what you’re trying to accomplish. Regardless of the company, clear communication about the goals, strategy, and work being performed is critical. That said, monitoring and evaluating SEO results continues to be a major challenge for my business. SEO is not always something where you can point to one specific change and clearly determine exactly what is or isn’t working. My company has struggled with this for many years, and even today, it remains extremely difficult to measure the precise impact that any SEO company has had. Overall, however, my experience working with Victor and Escalatech has been positive, particularly when it comes to responsiveness and communication.

The team at Esclatech were wonderful! They developed 6 websites for my company, for which the payment was made up front using Zelle. Every request for changes was made the same day, most times within a few hours of sending them an email. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a quality website built for a competitive price.

Great experience working with Esclatech. The quality of work was excellent, communication was smooth, and everything was handled professionally. Payment was fast, easy, and straightforward with no unnecessary complications. Reliable team, good service, and an overall seamless experience. Highly recommend Esclatech.

Esclatech gave us a great page. They had to be very patient with us since we had a lot of change requests. They also made it very easy to pay with Zelle.

They got my website speed optimized and have helped when my site was hacked. Found them to be professional and thorough.

Very responsive, easy to work with. Great experience.

I cannot recommend Escatech based on my experience. I hired Escatech for what was supposed to be a 3-month marketing project that included managing my marketing, growing my brand organically, and running Meta ads. Unfortunately, the project stretched to over six months without delivering the services or results that were promised. Throughout the engagement, there was little to no organic growth, and the Meta ads I specifically hired them to run were never launched. The most frustrating part was that it took more than six months to determine there was an issue with my Meta Business Suite. Identifying a problem like that should have happened at the beginning of the project—not after the original contract timeline had already passed. Because of that delay, the core objective of the project was never accomplished. Communication and professionalism also fell short of my expectations. I frequently had to follow up for updates, deadlines were missed, and I never felt like my business was a priority. As a small business owner, I invested both time and money with the expectation of seeing progress, but instead I was left without the advertising campaign or organic growth that I had hired them to deliver. While this experience taught me valuable lessons about hiring marketing agencies and asking more detailed questions upfront, it was an expensive lesson. I ultimately chose to end the relationship because the agreed-upon services were not completed within the promised timeframe, and the expected results were never achieved. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Escatech to other small business owners looking for a reliable marketing partner.

If you are considering working with this company, protect yourself: contact businesses on their portfolio to confirm authenticity, never pay upfront or via Zelle or ACH and be sure to screen shot or fully download any quotes or contracts, especially around any claim of a refund policy. Buyers beware. I paid Esclatech $3,200.00 upfront via Zelle on June 2nd based on a money-back satisfaction guarantee and a portfolio they claimed to have built. As of today, July 21st, I have not received a single usable asset from them. First, the portfolio they showcased to earn my trust was falsely represented. They claimed to have executed the digital design assets for a prominent brand. I contacted that brand directly, and they confirmed in writing that they have never worked with Esclatech. Their business address is a residential home, that does not appear connected to the business. I would not be surprised if their positive reviews are also falsely represented. Second, they completely failed to deliver. They missed critical milestones and deadlines repeatedly. The "market research" and content they eventually provided were outdated, generic AI-generated templates that completely ignored my rebranding instructions. Third, their refund promises are stall tactics. When I confronted them about the portfolio discrepancies, Ethan agreed in writing to a refund, claiming it would take 3 weeks to process. Next I emailed Scott and Brenden, I was promised a response within 48 hours, but I never heard back. They have since completely ignored my emails, refused to provide contact information for upper management/owners, and cut off communication. Their lack of ethics and integrity is so disappointing. This is a nightmare. I will update if anything changes. -- 8.12.26 After Simon promised a resonpse in 48 hours on 7.10.26, Esclatech completely cut off contact. I have now sent a final warning notice, and will be filing a small claims lawsuit.
