They spent more quality time onboarding me and getting my up front fee than they did with a poor Facebook ad campaign. They did not listen, they did not pay attention, and they cost me more money and wasted time. When I complained and demanded performance according to their contract, they vanished. Avoid this company.

If you are considering working with this company, protect yourself: contact businesses on their portfolio to confirm authenticity, never pay upfront or via Zelle or ACH and be sure to screen shot or fully download any quotes or contracts, especially around any claim of a refund policy. Buyers beware. I paid Esclatech $3,200.00 upfront via Zelle on June 2nd based on a money-back satisfaction guarantee and a portfolio they claimed to have built. As of today, July 21st, I have not received a single usable asset from them. First, the portfolio they showcased to earn my trust was falsely represented. They claimed to have executed the digital design assets for a prominent brand. I contacted that brand directly, and they confirmed in writing that they have never worked with Esclatech. Their business address is a residential home, that does not appear connected to the business. I would not be surprised if their positive reviews are also falsely represented. Second, they completely failed to deliver. They missed critical milestones and deadlines repeatedly. The "market research" and content they eventually provided were outdated, generic AI-generated templates that completely ignored my rebranding instructions. Third, their refund promises are stall tactics. When I confronted them about the portfolio discrepancies, Ethan agreed in writing to a refund, claiming it would take 3 weeks to process. Next I emailed Scott and Brenden, I was promised a response within 48 hours, but I never heard back. They have since completely ignored my emails, refused to provide contact information for upper management/owners, and cut off communication. Their lack of ethics and integrity is so disappointing. This is a nightmare. I will update if anything changes. -- 8.12.26 After Simon promised a resonpse in 48 hours on 7.10.26, Esclatech completely cut off contact. I have now sent a final warning notice, and will be filing a small claims lawsuit.

DOMT USE THEM, They have escalated the issue and now have started to leave fake reviews of my company online. I would not recommend Esclatech based on my experience. They talked a big game in the beginning, but once it came time to actually deliver, they did not follow through. I have tried calling multiple times and they have not picked up or communicated properly. At this point, they still have not delivered what was promised and they have yet to refund me. What is most frustrating is that they seem more concerned about reviews than actually fixing the problem or refunding a customer. I gave them a fair chance to make it right, but the lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be careful before working with them. Don’t use them unless you are prepared to chase them for answers and possibly your money back. DONT EVER PAY THEM THROUGH ZELLE!! They took my money and haven’t returned it or responded. Since it’s through Zelle you can’t contact your bank to get a refund so they get away with this.

I felt the need to share my experience so other business owners can proceed with caution. While Esclatech initially came across as very knowledgeable and spoke as if they had extensive experience within my specific industry, something about the interaction did not sit right with me. During our meeting, they sent me a link to view a social media page they claimed to manage and stated that they had grown the account to nearly 20,000 followers. However, the sales approach toward the end of the meeting felt extremely pushy. I explained multiple times that I needed time to speak with my admin before making any decisions, but that I was highly interested and would follow up the next morning. Instead of respecting that, the conversation immediately shifted to pricing and attempts to lower the cost to get me to sign up on the spot. Afterward, they repeatedly spam called and excessively followed up through our business line, which only made the situation feel more greedy and desperate. What ultimately confirmed my concerns was that I personally contacted the company whose social media page they shared with me, and the owner stated they had never heard of Esclatech and that they manage their social media completely in-house. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to thoroughly verify any claims, references, or client examples before moving forward. I wish this would not have happened because I would have easily gave them 5stars.

I strongly advise against using Esclatech for web development. We hired them to rebuild our site with a focus on security, but the results were disastrous. Since the rebuild, our site was attacked and shut down multiple times. While Esclatech blamed our hosting company, the host confirmed the downtime was due to a total lack of developer-side security. They also failed to secure our private owner documents—setting up a "secure" page that anyone with the URL could access without needing a password. Furthermore, they skipped the promised training sessions, leaving us with hundreds of spam emails due to unprotected contact forms and no training to update our own content. Throughout the process, they were slow, non-responsive, and unprofessional. Save your time and money; look elsewhere.

Stay Away, they promise and guarantee, but they do not deliver. Spent weeks working with them, and their response is horrible. Got banned from Facebook and sent them the information on their ad getting us banned, and no response. Don't waste your time or money, as they will not honor their guarantee

We hired Esclatech to redesign our single-page website, but we never received it. The owner, got involved and then ghosted us: terrible service and a terrible company. I had to contest the charge on my credit card.
