ESAPet did a great job. And delivered an ESA letter from a licensed health professional with all the required information (as far as I can tell). Pros: Price is slightly below competitors. And turn around took 2 days without paying the extra $50 to expedite the process. Cons: The company says to expect a result in 24-48 business hours. What they mean is 1-2 business days ESAPet is also difficult to reach via phone call. Emailing might be better.

I've used ESA Pet for years and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help with obtaining ESA Housing and/or Travel letters. They are extremely friendly, responsive, and professional. Any time I've had questions, they've answered them the same day, whether by email or phone. The communication, staff, and service are all top-notch. I can't say enough great things about them.
