Erno LaszloReviews of ernolaszlo.com

Laszlo products are amazing! I ordered online using my accrued reward points, I received notification that my order was being filled, and then notified when delivery would take place. No hiccups. No problems. Just excellent service and great products.

I have been using the products for almost 50 years-- i think they have contributed for sure to my current facial status-- i have no complaints, i am impressed with the fact EL will update--so important.

The assistance was impeccable and my order was honored. So happy I always get the package protection!

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Erno Laszlo. I was excited about their anniversary promotion and decided to treat myself to a few products as I been wanted to try out. Unfortunately, what should have been a celebratory purchase turned into a frustrating ordeal. First off, the products I received product that has less than a year expiration dates. It’s disheartening to think that a brand, which I expected to uphold high standards, would send out items that are on the verge of expiring, especially as part of a special promotion. It feels like a deliberate attempt to clear out old stock rather than offering genuinely new and fresh products to their customers. What made matters worse was Erno Laszlo’s customer service response. When I reached out to address the issue, not only did they refuse to provide free return shipping in order for me to get the refund, but their customer service team seemed indifferent to the inconvenience I faced. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and quality, this level of service is shockingly poor. Overall, this experience has left a sour taste. I would advise others to be cautious about purchasing from Erno Laszlo, particularly during promotions. It seems they’re more interested in offloading expired stock than in maintaining the high standards they claim to uphold.

Website is not easy to use. Checkout does not include the discounts. Points don't show on checkout. I'm a customer for 54 years! This is a discouraging order system. Automatic adding some product protection of $4? What's that about.

Well I haven't gotten my items yet but I'm hoping I do. They always rKe care of me

Love this company. Love the commitment to traditional EL products + modern need for sustainability.

I have been using Erno products for the past 45 years and I love almost everything that you make. I so appreciated the "sales" and then your timely delivery. Everything is packed perfectly and arrives with no issues.
