I was not expecting mini soap bars. Wish that would have been more. Emphasized in what the true size of the soap was. I thought I was ordering full size mud bars. Now that I have them, I should’ve realized that the deal I got was too good to be true. I’d return the soap, but need it now and the wait time for delivery is too long.

The size of the products was very difficult to see the lotion came in such a small pot, and it was barely any lotion very disappointed in my purchase

These products are nothing like the products that I’ve previously purchased. The sizes of each product are similar to what you would find in a complimentary beauty makeover in your hotel room. I thought a personal supply would be bigger. It’s not a normal bar of soap neither

This item just sits on the top of the pores and doesn't really help with the appearance of pores. Its also very drying and requires quite a bit of moisturizer to make it blend well.

As a mature woman I have used your products for years and I have been extremely satisfied… However recently I noticed you are removing so many products and replacing them, after a while you remove theses products and replace with more new and improved” products”. I am extremely unhappy with this. Also I see you have added a charge incase product's are lost or damages…please just call it what it is a shipping charge. It’s really sad that you cannot ship your products for free, as I often spend $500 on your products and then have to pay for shipping…. It is unfair. I am very unhappy with where this company is going and the changes. I am definitely trying new products elsewhere.

I still use EL since 1980s . I pour the new products into all my old bottles. ( If it’s not broke don’t fix it ) I can understand less product for more money, that acceptable!!! I cannot understand the reformulation of now every original product!!! Nothing even smells the same !! You brought back Shake It … When we all complained… ( Dr Laszlo would be turning in his grave if he saw what a corporation has done ) Respectfully, William

I received an offer to receive 40% off my purchase on Sunday. I picked 5 items to order but didn’t see the option to use my points. I tried to get help in the chat but didn’t get an answer. I tried to call but there was no answer. Yesterday I called and was told the 40% had expired and also I couldn’t use points with a discount. I was told I could choose which I wanted. 30% off was more than the points so I used that. I am very disappointed that I couldn’t find that answer on your website and as a result it cost me approximately $65 more.

I did not receive the product samples I had the option to choose. I ordered 2 products I have used for years and selected was given the option to select a sample with each product but neither sample came. Very disappointing because Laszlo counters in department stores are very limited, unlike 1981 when I first started using EL
