Giovanni Torres, broke our appointment twice and not even have the Curtesy to apologies. I don’t know how this company could fine this kind of disregard for a possible client acceptable, and then he emailed me as if he don’t even recognize that i am that person he totally ignored after he made an in person appointment and NEVER showed and then a video appointment and never showed or call me after that. I find this company very unprofessional and would be very weary to use them.

I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE FEBRYARY, 2023. EVERY TIME THEY SCHEDULED SOMEOMNE TO COME OUT FOR PRE-INSTALLATION AND TO RE0MEASURE, THEY CANCELLED. THEY WOULD ALWAYS SCHEDULE A NEW DATE WITHOUT CHECKING WITH ME FIRST, KNOWING I AM WORKING AND NOT AT HOME AND HAVE TO SCHEDULE AT MY CONVENIENCE. A FEW TIMES THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP, I WAITED THE 3 HR. WINDOW AND NO ONE EVER CALLED. THEN THEY WOULD CALL DAYS LATER SCHEDULING THEIR OWN DATE. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO LET THEM KNOW NO ONE HAS SHOWED UP, NO COURTESY PHONE CALL TO CANCEL. THIS IS JUNE, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY FENCE. AFTER THE LAST DISAPPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS AGO, I TOLD THEM I AM FINISHED WITH THEM, THERE ARE TO MANY FRANCE COMPANUES OUT THERE THAT WOULD GIVE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor follow up and customer service after I had a major issue with my fence. Do NOT use this company. Project mgr lied and said conversation wasn't had when it did and I have text confirming so. Highly disappointed.

In Ergeon’s first contacts with me it seemed very professional. It scoped the project by phone, then sent someone out to check, then sent invoice. However when it came to doing my project, a fence, they sent terrible, unprofessional, sloppy people who did a slap dash job with substandard materials, and laughable craftsmanship. In subsequent contacts they were proved unhelpful. The business seems to be run where the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing.
