Had 2 scheduled “video” calls with them and was blown off twice. “Miscommunication” was the first excuse even though they send you the link for the time. Second time was in direct contact with the rep and he stated 3:30 is good at 3:15. Asked him if he would send a new link or if I should use the old one. Gone without a trace. I assumed use the old one and once again. Ghosted. I wont mention the reps name but other than this company is a joke. Dont recommend.

Very shady business practices. They do not return calls/answer messages. They submitted an expired insurance policy to the township. They charge you to haul the soil/dirt that they remove to install your fence. They charge your credit card without authorization- beware!

I summited a deposit of $150 to this company for a fence project. After reading some reviews online I decided not to continue with the project. This was on July 20,2026. It's now Aug 16th and the company has yet to issue me my deposit back. I have sent emails and spoke to a live agent and nothing. I feel that the company is a scam. I have contacted the BBB. Please do all your DD BEFORE MOVING FORWARD WITH THIS COMPANY.

Very poor communication and they do not come to your house for the estimate. They are trying to turn home construction into uber and it leads to a bad experience.

Started the project on May 18th. Crew shows up whenever they feel like it. They "finished" on the 21st I believe however they did a shoddy installation and placed the gate in the wrong place on the porch and the fence is not seated firmly in the ground. Since then we've been waiting for the installer to get around to feeling like stopping by to correct the issue. They'll tell us a day but no time until the day comes. Sometimes they'll tell us a day and not show up. Not sure where these good reviews are coming from. They're supposed to show up today, July 14th to complete the job but I'm not counting on it. Very unprofessional, poor communications and you'd think they'd make problem customers a priority. They don't. It's a "whenever I get around to it" attitude.

Their communication is awful. We told them we needed a temporary fence when our fence would be taken down because our neighbors have children and pets. They said that would be handled. When the installer showed up he said he wasn't aware of putting up a temporary fence. The fence had issues after installation and is under warranty. They sent back someone to look at it but these guys just show up at a different time than we agreed upon.

Do not use this company! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My project was a small fencing project, and the company required a small project fee. The neighborhood I live in has an HOA and requires approval before any fencing project can begin. When I contacted this company, they representative said that they would take care of getting my HOA approval for me and assured me it would be a smooth process. It was not. The company did not send all of the required documents to the HOA for approval and my request for the fence was declined. After a month with no response from Ergeon, I finally was able to get in contact with representative and have her send me the HOA paperwork. I went through the paperwork and made several requests to Ergeon to make corrections to the paperwork and submitted to the HOA myself. Once I received the approval, I contacted Ergeon and my project manage by phone, email and text message. I did not hear back from anyone for over two weeks. We scheduled an installation date for 6/19/26 with an arrival time between 8-10 am. I took the entire day off work. On the installation date 6/19/26 Ergeon was a no show/no call. I called at 10:30 am and was informed my time had been pushed back to 12-2 pm that same day. By 2:30 no one had shown up, and I proceeded to call again and was informed that my project manage would call me back. By 5:00 no one had shown up and no one called. I called Ergeon yet again (3rd time) and requested to speak with a supervisor. No supervisor has ever called me regarding the lack of communication from this company. My fence has not been installed, and I have cancelled my project. All of my attempts to contact this company have been met with silence from Ergeon. I would not recommend anyone use this company, as they do not return phone calls or any messages.

WARNING !!!!!!This company IS A SCAM. They will take a deposit. And keep giving you reason as to why no steps have been made for over a month. They dont answer phone calls. They play dumb. They have no answers for any questions you may have.
