Although I have yet to receive my order which was shipped but apparently lost by the carrier, I have a high review for the courteous and responsive customer service which gave me an option for a refund or a replacement order. I am very anxious to try the product so I am expecting a new order soon!

I love the experience of applying the Queen Oil twice a day. I can see a real difference in my skin. Queen Oil feels rich and luxurious and my skin definitely is less smooth if I miss a regular application.
