They contacted me via phone when the company I had indicated an interest in (Tonal) had shares available and walked me through the process with all questions answered.

Easy to work with. Great customer support. Good selection - got into Palantir in 2017 and Anduril in 2023. Decent valuations. Never able to get us SpaceX though, but everyone has wanted in it for at least a decade and it's super hard to get.

The transactions are very straightforward and instructions are clear. It would be very helpful if I could receive recommendations to invest in stock of companies that are in the same segments or similar to those I have already invested in or shown an interest in. Also, for each investment , you have a new account number . This creates the complexity of having to set up a new payee each time, resulting in a 1 to 2 days delay. It would be very helpful to keep the EquityZen account number to deposit into constant.

Opportunity for smaller investors to participate. Fees are little high. Quantum could be smaller as well
