We understand your concern about closing dates and receiving a non-functional link, as this is certainly not the experience we want for our clients. Please note that when investing in the private markets, you can typically expect a transaction to close 8-11 weeks from the time we "close" our fund and stop accepting investor commitments.

Private market deals often take longer than public markets due to complex external factors like legal diligence and corporate approvals, which are beyond our direct control. While we typically expect transactions to close 8-11 weeks from when our fund closes, they can extend longer if the processes mentioned above extend. We also recognize your frustration about seeing a lower-priced offering during this period; private market prices can fluctuate. Thank you for sharing your experience. Our goal for our standard deals is for the investment process to take between 60 to 90 days to close, depending on the specifics of the investment opportunity. The timeline can vary due to factors like the company’s decision to exercise its Right of First Refusal (ROFR) or other due diligence procedures. The timeline is one of the many differences between investing in public and private markets. These investments do take longer to close.
