DO NOT BUY - I ordered my equirelief in late Dec 25 and after waiting until late January sent them an email to ask where it was, apparently there was difficulties with delivery, but i would get it soon. I then sent another email to ask where my product receivedas they then sent me an email to say I could have a refund or I could take 2 other options, I chose I of the options which was supposed to be sent out on the 3rd March by March 21st I asked for a refund, apparently that was sent on the 27th March and I have still not recieved it.

Did not receive item , nor did I get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Well folks I emailed them yesterday and this morning I got a response promising to refund my money and that it was a delivery issue. I decided to respond immediately to advise that I had purchased two items AND GUESS WHAT - the reply kept bouncing back. So forwarded it to their Contact addresss AND GUESS WHAT it kept bouncing back. They are a SCAM so please, everyone, don't buy anything from them and beware of them changing their name.

I honestly wish I could truly review the product. I ordered it in January and it's the last day of March and I still haven't received it.

Never received the item. Contacted the company twice after 2 months . They kept saying it was a supply shipping issue. Third month I received a refund for the price of the Equirelief.

Horrible shipping and customer service.

Never showed up after 3 months. I had to have my credit card deny payment. They never credited me when after 9 weeks after cancellation I hadn't received the credit. Poor customer service. 😩

I dont received my order after more than 2 months
