Epik has turned into a horrible, dodgy company. In my case, they quickly locked me out of my domains that passed the renewal date just some days and put them in their REDEEM section, where they go trying to charge stiff fees. They DO NOT CARE OR HONOUR the LEGAL FACT that you are within the legal time frame to transfer your domains. They kidnap your domains by simply refusing to provide the AUTH CODES so that you can not transfer your Domains. Never mind what. This is highly unethical and goes against ICANN policies. BEWARE WITH EPIK - HUGE RED FLAG.

I made four very important new domain name registrations over the course of a week. Epik took my money, sent me invoices marked "PAID", showed the domain names in my account, but never actually followed through with the public registration. The domain names were left publicly available. A week later the domains were registered elsewhere. I contacted Epiks legendary support about where my domains were, Epik sent an email saying the domains were no longer available and that they would be keeping my registration fees and giving me store credit. They then stonewall all questions about how my Epik registrations had priority by nearly week and if they could do anything to recover my domains. I understand they are broke and unable to pay debts, but not following through with basic domain name registration is a new low even for them. "Epik - the domain registrar that doesn't"

Scam scam scam. They do not pay escrow money.

I have 6200$ into my account and no one want to process my withdrawal!!!

there are 62284usd can't withdraw since 2022.8. online support and email just like a robot . always reply same and unuseful .

Sincerely this company are full of liars. I have been owned some money by epik since last month December and little did I know that a lot of other customers are facing the same issue since August. When ever you contact support the tell you that "they are working with first come first serve" if it's truly how you are paying, how come there are so many persons complaining that you owe them, here and even in other platforms. This is really appalling and it's a shame. I really regret why I sold my domain with epik when there are other companies that does it better. Please stop lying and do the needful.

Just one successful deal as a buyer

This company is the worst place to sell a domain, l sold my domain awdauto and up till date, they have not given me my money. they keep blaming Masterbucks on why they have not made the payment but the issue is with Epik. They are thieves and complete scams. stay away!!!
