I registered a domain name since 5 days they took my money and the domain wasn't added to my account. Their customer support is zero, they take days to respond to emails and sometimes they don't reply at all. Avoid them. Deal with them at your own risk. You'll lose your money and potential clients.

I "registered" a domain ten days ago and nothing happened. They took my money, sent a confirmation email and didn't give me the domain. A few days later their chat support said they were having a technical issue and the domain would be in my account soon. Ten days later the domain is still available for purchase. They literally did nothing except take my money. I contacted their chat support again and now they can't give me a refund until the "engineer" cancels the registration, even though the registration never happened so there's nothing to cancel. What a terrible operation. I don't even know what these guys do.

i have 60$ in masterbucks in epik.com and they didn't withdraw it at all and when i try to buy domains with it every domain i paid still now didn't registred they all thiefs

Updated: After much disturbances, they finally updated the domain and renewed it. But this doesnt mean they have not reduced their services. It is terrible. And i will not register again from them. this people are complete scammer. They took money for renewal and refused to honor it for more than 3 weeks. I regreted not transferring this out. Now the domain is in grace period , i know they want me to loose it. Never do anything with them, please.

Their prices are now mediocre and goodwill gestures (e.g. waiving restoring fees) are now a thing of the past under new management, even if you've registered hundreds of domains with them.

Paid for a service via PayPal. Epik fails to provide the service for 3 days. I requested a refund. Epik refunds in IN-STORE CREDITS. My request to send back the money via PayPal was accepted by Epik. However, I am waiting for them to actually send back the money for 3 days now.

I’ve replenished my account to buy domains. The first thing I did was buy a .com. The money was written off from my balance. But the domain did not appear in my account. I wrote to the support team. They told me that they have "temporary problems". And the domain will be registered very soon. But they could not say when exactly. Remember that the money they wrote off from my balance sheet! The next day I registered a domain in the zone .org and the situation repeated. I’ve already paid for two domains, but none of them are registered. Nowhere on the site is information about what they have. This is a fraud of users!

Epik.com delivered the worst user and product experience I've ever had with a dot.com business of any type in over 25 years of buying from dot.com businesses. I purchased a domain name from them. Now I cannot get access to it or transfer it to another registrar--and they are USELESS providing help to fix the problem.
