If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only did they not meet the date originally given by over a month. The picture looked nothing like what I sent in. It was meant for a surprise for my parents I gave them the portrait and they appreciated the sentiment but they were not happy and said would not display it. Kind of a bummer. Epic has been promising a refund for weeks and every time I follow up they have nothing but excuses. Would not recommend use a better company.

Your products were cheap looking. I did not like the work at all.

The worst experience I've ever had with a company. Took over 3 months for my order to come in after I paid shipping for 7-10 business days. Then when the product was emailed to me for review I was in shock because of how horrible it was. It was so bad I tried to have them fix it but it just got worse. I finally approved it because I was done dealing with it and then they sent it to my house. It looked like a portrait from a scary movie. I threw it away - because I didn't even want it in my house.

WORST WORST WEBSITE EVER! I made an order two weeks before Father’s Day and it said I would receive a preview. Never did! All of a sudden I see it’s getting shipped and I’m like umm okay finally the preview comes in after it was already shipped. I hated it from the moment it was sent. It looks like the messed two pictures together that don’t even go. It didn’t look like it was done by an artist. It’s a damn computer that meshed them. I automatically stated I wanted a refund the second I opened the picture in my email. They kept saying they are working on it. It was been since Father’s Day that they keep telling me that and we are currently at the end of August. I spent $150 and yet to have gotten my money back! DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Most definitely not happy with the customer service from this company. I have yet to receive my portrait and can’t even get them to give me a status. Don’t believe the time lines they have on their website it’s B/S.

After getting the preview of the portrait I decided I didn’t like it and let them know that I wanted to go ahead and cancel the order and wanted my refund. They assured me it was just the preview and to let my artist know to see if it could be improved. I again told them I just wanted to cancel the order. Instead, they sent the portrait to me. I emailed them after receiving the portrait and let them know again that I wanted a refund and that I was unsure why it was shipped to me when I didn’t approve it. It took them over a week to get back to me. They still tried to reconcile the order and I told them for a 4th time that I wanted a refund. After another week of waiting the said they would authorize the refund but that it might take a while to get back in my account. It’s now been months and I still have not received my refund. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Ordered 3 weeks before father's day still haven't received picture it's now July. Any time I try contact the company they take 5+ days to reply and they give no details or resolution to the problem, they just say they are busy. They have no phone number to speak with someone. I asked for my money back they said they can't do that. So I'm out 200+ dollars plus the ruined my husband's father's day gift. I am reporting the charges with my bank.

They are not responsive and I’ve ordered since 4th of June and I’m yet to even receiving shipping details. They ignore your emails also and I saw the same complaints online, I should have listened. Don’t attempt to order from them.
