After placing my order on 5/31 and approving my proof, there was a slight delay in shipping response BUT Epicpaint redeemed themselves and reached out to me and was able to ship my order, it was received on 6/17 as promised and was perfect!

It came! She loved it! I’m pleased! I wrote a bad review because my order took a long time to get here, but one it arrived it was beautiful and my wife loved it! Mother’s Day delayed didn’t not equal Mother’s Day denied!

Product fantastic. Delivery took a long time and I also didn’t get to view it before it was finalised which was worrying as I had no idea what it would look like.

In spite of my supplied photo being far from optimal they made a valiant attempt to provide me with a great product. It was difficult to tell what the final result would be from the emailed preview but, unfortunately, the end product didn't come out as I had hoped. They were very helpful and made return / refund process very easy. I will certainly give them another try when I have a much better photo for them to utilize. Their customer service followup is excellent
