I provided 9 different photos of individual family members and the composite family portrait was great! I will definitely order another family portrait from them. Timeline was great and customer service excellent.

HI Alyssa, Thanks so much for the feedback!
Taina C.
Very friendly, they ask your opinion after they send a proof and correct whatever. My only issue is it looks a little too digitalized for me, wish it looked more like a painting.

Thank you for the review Taina!

My daughter loved the painting of their beloved pet who passed away unexpectedly. She was overcome with emotion, but in a good way. She said the likeness to "Gilly Girl" was perfect. I want to also thank you for your customer service and your patience with all my questions! You are awesome!

At first I was nervous about it but when I got my picture it was fantastic! It looked just the picture I sent! I have no complaints at all! Highly recommended! It just in time for Mother’s Day too! I loved it! I’ll be getting another one soon!

I would highly recommend EpicPaint to anyone considering having a project like this done. Not only was it an easy process to complete, but I also liked having the opportunity to preview the project and ask for additional changes if needed. Staff that I dealt with in emails were consistently appreciative of our business, very pleasant and responded promptly. We had a painting put together of myself, my infant daughter, my mom, and my grandma as a gift for my mom for Mother's Day. My grandma never had the opportunity to meet my daughter as she passed away just a month before my daughter was born. The painting looks very real and was the perfect gift to my mom as a special keepsake of our four generations. Thank you so much for this work of art that will be treasured forever.
