I’ll be honest after ordering and seeing some reviews it was talking about a scam and such so I immediately started messaging customer service and keeping in contact, it may have taken awhile (within 3 months tho!) they sent the review, I had 3 changes they made them within a week and then literally 3 days after i received the “it’s sent” email I got it in the mail!!!!! It made my sister cry when she opened it as it was a gift for grad as gma passed away this year, so I added her in the photo. 10/10 I honestly have no complaints as I know it must take awhile with lots of orders!
