I didn't like the result, one person in the picture doesn't look like him and the beard they put on him looks fake, like black cotton candy. Totally disappointed and had to throw the picture in the trash, $139 wasted dollars.

I never got my order!!!! A total scam. 9261290278838852450454 That’s my tracking number that is not even in the system. I got the painting of my son and his great grandmother who passed. I paid a lot of money to skip the queue and nothing worked. Anything I could buy to speed the process up I did!

Completely misleading on their website. If you want two photos photoshopped and slapped on a canvas for $150, then this is for you! But, it's actually "digital painting." No thanks, save your money. Totally unethical.

I wish I can give it zero stars. On my picture/painting my son’s eyes were uneven and grandpa was very much photo shopped on incorrect. I reach out and haven’t heard nothing back.

Dear Daniela, After reviewing your order and the five previews created by our artist, we understand that you provided feedback on each sketch without explicitly indicating any dissatisfaction, which unfortunately did not give us the opportunity to address your concerns. At EpicPaint, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering options such as assigning a different artist or accommodating specific feedback to meet your expectations. We regret any confusion during this process and apologize for not clearly communicating our review procedures. If you have any additional concerns, please don't hesitate to email our customer service team [email protected]. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring you are satisfied with your experience.

Mother’s Day guarantee was a month late… said they would give a 20% refund… no refund given! They have a 3 hour cancellation policy (illegal if you ask me!) I wouldn’t give them a penny!!!!!

However, we've processed your refund as per your feedback. Expect to see it in your account shortly. Scam website. Received my order in a timely matter but the item was nothing like the photos I gave. Badly photoshopped and no responses from the company for a redo item or even refund. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

Order a month in advance for a Mother’s Day gift, and it came in time but was someone else’s order not mine. No idea who the people were. Contacted them and was told they would expedite a replacement order and I would have in time but behold it didn’t arrive for Mother’s Day as promised. Don’t waste your money.
