I was sent the wrong light 3 times..Literally 3 times. took over a month to get it all sorted out and at the end of it, all The escape room I was a building that had the light cube in it was incomplete because it was missing.

Received an E. P. Light bulb for Christmas and wanted a base to display it. Shortly after ordering it, I received an e-mail letting me know when to expect it. It was delivered fast and packaged well. It looks beautiful. I’m very happy with their products and service.

I have ordered a number of bulbs over the past year . My recent order was incorrect. They have done nothing about it . I have had had a question about the bulbs purchased in the past “three out of the four bulbs blink when they are upside down . No response . Nice product but I won’t use again . Too bad a lot of people at my business ask about the bulbs .

Haven't heard if my item has even shipped yet.

Ive bought one of these lights before and i love it, but this time, i orderd a 3 pack on january 28th and still haven’t received almost a month later on february 24th. Whats up with thatt?? Free shipping is awesome but not when it takes this long. Would've rather paid the shipping cost.

I gave the my recent purchase to my daughter in law as a gift. She loved and I did as well. Can’t wait until you have more of the items available for purchase
