Love the lights, but I placed an order on May 16th for 4 items (2 bulbs and 2 different bases). A few weeks later I received 2 bulbs and 1 base. I contacted the company to inquire as to where the remaining portion of my order was and they informed me the LED base light was out of stock, but they would be sending it out soon. (it would have been nice to know that when I ordered, or to have included some kind of communication prior to receiving the incomplete order) Regardless, I was ok with their response, but now I have emailed them (June 24th) with no response and it has now been almost 2 months since I originally placed my order. EDIT: I just received an email back from them stating my item is expected to be in later this month.

Bulb isn’t very bright and doesn’t look as good as advertised.

I purchased this as a gift for my son. He received it but had no idea who sent it to him because the sender's (me) name was not included. Also there were no directions given as to how to use the product. He had to go to the website to learn how to use it. The website does not do a good job of explaining if the bulb can be screwed into a regular socket if the stand is not purchased.

Overall the idea is great. My disappointment was that the bulbs were much less opaque than they were shown on the website. Also my LED base has already died. The light starts bright and fades as you’re watching it. So I’m returning the set and going with the regular screw base. It is pretty when it works properly though.

Shipping was quick but only received one of two items ordered. Customer service response was prompt and said out of stock items will ship when back in stock but no way to say when that may be. Bulb looked beautiful but a bit disappointed as it was to be a gift.

Shipping was good, packaging seems cheap, arrived bent and folded.

I purchased 2 and they are really nice but I was disappointed because they are almost alike. Only difference is one has a small sting of black. I got them for my granddaughters so I was hoping that they would be at least 2 different colors.

I received the light bulb and it’s just as beautiful as the picture. I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive the base as I was led to believe. Your site did not make it clear as to whether or not the base came with the bulb. There was a little box next to my order that said base and bulb so of course I assumed they came together. I was promised a base free of charge in your email but I have not received it as of yet.
