Some random issues, such as after two years Logo suddenly won't appear on iPad; If a visitor did not sign out on previous day(s) they do not appear as "visitors on site" only those who logged in on current day do. Recommendation for improvement: when entering drivers license have prompt for the state, then type in number.

We have been using Envoy to verify the health/vaccination status of both employees and visitors for our office. The desk assignment feature is also helpful in this new Work From Home era. By assigning hotel desks to employees who only come to the office infrequently, we are able to accommodate their needs without expanding our current desk resources.

It didn't work on the new phone

Perfect app for taking control of your workplace. We are new to the app, but all of the reviews have been glowing. Once you have a clean map of your work location, the Envoy app makes reserving space and/or a desk a breeze. Configuration on the backend is nearly as intuitive as the app navigation itself. When we perform testing, we let users go right at it and figure things out on their own to make sure the UI is intuitive. Across the board we hear a resounding 'Yes' to the question, do you like the Envoy app?
