Envoy is great for signing in guests, they even expect it, but we also use it for our local county covid guidelines, it's been great! We have it integrated with our badging/access system so that no one can skirt the rules and we all feel safer.

This review for Technical support Mr. Kolapo. He was excellent trouble shooting the issues that i have at Merlin-intl that i could fix with the Envoy Visitors and the printer. He helped me set up the Envoy on the iPad and the printer. He also help set up with IP on the devices. Great Job Kolapo! Thank you! Ennis

Great functionality, speedy and helpful support. We use the desk booking part and this is free for our small office and company of 30 people which is simply remarkable

Good tool for controlling building access. Was able to invite guests and have them check in. New "contactless" check-in is a nice feature.

We have been using Envoy to verify the health/vaccination status of both employees and visitors for our office. The desk assignment feature is also helpful in this new Work From Home era. By assigning hotel desks to employees who only come to the office infrequently, we are able to accommodate their needs without expanding our current desk resources.
