I had ordered a few times from Entirely Pets Pharmacy because of the decent prices. We had pretty good luck until we ordered a new medication with one we previously ordered. It took them five days to confirm the prescription and it was two weeks total until we received our order. Our dog was without meds at the vet (on vacation) for a week. With the same order, I apparently mistakenly signed up for the auto-ship. One week after they shipped the order in question, they shipped the item needed originally again. We received no prior notification of the pending shipment (that is supposed to part of the program) AND we got charged shipping, which nullified any discount for their auto-ship program. Oh, and they clearly state on their web site that orders over $39 ship free, with exceptions for pet food and vaccines only!. The one item was $75. So I called to at least try to get the shipping refunded, and got zero help. They took no responsibility for the information they FAIL to provide for their auto-ship program. Really is not the way to run the business!

I ordered supplies last year that were advertised online as 50 lbs of bulk pet food. When it arrived it was only 40 lbs for the same price. I called the company and they did issue me a a refund for the difference, but this year I ended up buying from a competitor because when I went to check out it said I qualified for free shipping. Then I entered my promo code for 15% off and shipping was added back in and cost more than it would have before the promo code was entered. I went into the chat option and the representative told me that pet food is excluded from free shipping and quoted me a shipping cost on my order that was twice as much as what the web site quoted me! Too much runaround! Took my business elsewhere and save time and money.

Received a late notice of 'out of stock' and could only get updates by calling or chatting. You need a way to check order status online, I placed the order online... the order did not even show and I thought it was canceled until I called to ask.

I am very unhappy about this order. I made the order from my e- mail & received no discounts cause said was over but yet I saw offers on your F B page. My orders are never under $100.00's. So I feel a little jaded. Thank you Jan Jones

I got my order in a very fast timely manner but the order does not work , my dog is scooting his butt and in pain and needs his anal sacs done a week after starting this product so I'm very dissatisfied

I have been ordering my cat's lysine from them for over a year now and only this week had to change the auto-ship date of my order only to find - to my surprise that I had no access on the website to my auto-ship order at all - could not change a thing - also could not see what credit card i was using to update if necessary - plus I received no loyalty points at all for anything I had every ordered - dropped them immediately and changed to another cheaper company with higher ratings.

Placed the order on May 30, 2016. It was still on pending status until June 3,2016. Upon enquiry , the answer was we were too busy during the weekend and cannot handle the orders. This is not the first time that orders were delayed and no explanation was given. and still it was not certain what time the order's going to be dispatched.
