They took the order early Friday for a med my pup needed soon. The vet awaited the request- nothing. The vet and I both sent a request to process - nada- closed over the weekend. What happened to the Friday am order? Their site was not working properly and I had to get customer service on the line, so all the more, and wasted time later, the order was treated like I was asking for bubble gum. Will think long and hard about using them again.

Totally bad experience ordering with them. Ordered an Anti barking collar in March and item yet to receive till today. Emailed them several times and they did not even bother to reply.

Ordered dog treats. Receive email “your order is on the way”. Receive another email your order is on back order. A month goes by and my dog tells me time to call and inquire where are my treats. I call them to speak with the rudest customer service representative. Interrupts me twice, gives me a fake name, tells me item is back ordered and can’t give me a time to expect, when I asked for his supervisor transfers me to a voicemail box(probably his). Call back and speak with a guy who says his name is Joey and is allegedly a supervisor. He tells me the company has discontinued carrying this product. I ask him when entirely pets was going to let me know that. He could not answer. What a waste of time. Company is clown shoes with plenty of incompetence at every turn.

Order was placed on 1/16/19, email stated shipped 1/17/19 yet by the 21st OnTrac shipping carrier stated they had yet to receive the package. Multiple calls to vendor proved futile. EntirelyPets probably cancelled the order since it has yet to arrive at my home. Very poor service and customer assistance was basically useless since they could not tell me what happened nor where my package is.

I ordered 2 bottles of the Re-Borne frozen colostrum and 3 bottles of tapeworm capsules. I was almost out of the Re-Borne, so it was a life threatening situation for my puppies that it came on time. I paid for the overnight shipping. I received an email stating it was all shipped and would be there on time. I went to the post office to pick it up, and got a bag with the tapeworm meds in it and a shipping receipt saying the Re-Borne was on back order! When I called he said they were out of it, didnt know when it would be back in stock and then was snotty about my refund stating it would be 5 to 7 working days before I could get it because of the amount, it had to be approved by a manager!! Granted, I did get it sooner than that, but never again will I order something so important from this company.

I received my supplements that will expire before finishing. I emailed and did not answer!!! Very disappointing

I have shopped with EntirelyPets.com for years and never have I received such poor customer service as I did from representative "Mike." Several times I emailed asking questions and received responses that failed to answer them. I had been waiting 3 months for a backordered product and wanted to know if I would be emailed when someone had an ETA. Apparently it was more important for Mike to cater to his attitude than answer my actual question, forcing me to wait days for his responses repeating the same information which still did not address my specific question. In the end, I canceled my order, reported a complaint about his "service," ordered from Chewy.com instead, and will no longer do business with EntirelyPets.com, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

For the very 1st time, I am very disappointed w/Entirely Pets!!!! 😡They sent products with expiration close to due (DEC / 18) - this is absurd, because if I bought a pack for 6 months at the end of July (receiving in August) and my dog takes once a day, there is no way to consume everything within the validity! I live in Brazil and always buy & send to someone in Miami, to bring it to me, how are we going to do it now? I've never seen shipped products to expire !!!
