Unfortunately I cannot recommend orders to be shipped to Europe. My order was shipped but lost in customs - no further tracking possible. Customer service of EntirelyPets was not helpful in this matter, so I lost more than 150$.

No Loyalty, No Price Match, No Way
Repeat client, first time they gave me a good price on my dog's meds. I call 6 months later to fill and they upped their price by $200. I set the order up and ask them to wait a day. I call a day later to complete order and price goes up an additional $126. I ask them to price match Allivet.com and they refuse. I call Allivet.com and they discount the order by $300 less than the first time I ordered from EntirelyPets.
GO TO ALLIVET.COM, PLACE ORDER & CALL IN THEY WILL DESTROY ANY PRICE ENTIRELYPETS HAS GIVEN YOU.

3 phone calls and 22 days later and…
3 phone calls and 22 days later and still no meds. (My vet approved the prescription within 48 hours). I called to find out what happened to my order; I received profuse apologies and a promise of expedited shipping and a follow-up, but none of that happened.
Terrible follow-through.

Don't believe the high ratings for delivery
Don't believe the high ratings for response and delivery shown here. One failure to deliver could just be a mistake, Multiple times, it's the way they function. I ordered a medicine for our dog and paid for it on October 4. Today is November 10 and still no delivery and according to Entirely Pets web site, the order is still pending. I received an email on 10/20 asking did I or did I not receive the ordered meds. I replied no I did not. Never heard back from them. I talked with a rep on 10/29 and he told me the delay is because they want to insure I get the "freshest" meds. On 11/04, I called again and was told the pharmacist wasn't in and the rep wasn't able to tell me anything about the order. Called 11/05, pharmacist unavailable, but the rep said they would ship it that day and it would be shipped express, "The fastest way" and I would receive it in a couple of days. On 11/07, I checked the web site and the order was still listed as PENDING. I asked to speak to Jesse Padilla, the highest exec listed anywhere and left a voicemail describing my plight. As of 11/10, Padilla hasn't even given me the courtesy of a response, nor has he done anything about the problem, and his employees don't seem capable of resolving it AND THE ORDER IS STILL PENDING. Obviously, Padilla doesn't give a hoot about his customers. I didn't order dog biscuits, I ordered a medication that our dog needs. I trusted this outfit to deliver it. If you need medications don't order them through this company. As I said in the beginning, they've done this before, this isn't the first time.

SENDING OUT RETURNED PRESCRIPTIONS
THIS PHARMACY IS SHADY IT IS SENDING OUT PREVIOUSLY RETURNED PRESCRIPTIONS. I NOTICED MY INFORMATION STICKER OVER TOP OF ANOTHER. CUSTOMERS STICKER, I PEELED IT BACK AND SURE ENOUGH ANOTHER CUSTOMERS INFO STICKER. THIS IS DANEROUS WE NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEBODY MAY DO TO A MEDICATION BEFORE SENDING IT BACK, THIS WAS ON BRAVECTO MY OTHER PRESCRIPTION TRI-HEART PLUS APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN OPENED. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS ITS JUST NOT WORTH THE POSSIBILTY OF DRUG TAMPERING.

If only it were possible to give 0 stars!
Probably shouldn't be writing this while I'm in a freak out state, but hey, I've been in a hold my breath holding pattern for nearly 2 weeks and apparently I will be for the foreseeable future.
Trying a new treatment that would determine quality of life issues for a horse. Vet did not carry the med, so we had to go online. It was very expensive, and probably I should have saved the cost ($418 BTW) for something else, but I wanted to try one more thing for this senior boy who I have loved for more than 20 years. I usually use a different pharmacy, but this time I had to shop by price. Turns out, cheaper is not better.
So here is the tale of woe:
Order was made on October 8.
My vet texted me twice, advising me both times she spoke to Entirely Pets , October 10 and October 15. In her October 15 text, she commented we may be dealing with someone working out of their house because they had no record of having spoken to her on the 10th, and that the person she spoke to sounded as if they had never done this before.
I can't remember if it was the 15th or 16th, but having been unable to even get a voice mail calling, I did an online chat asking the status. I was told it would be shipped within the next 24 to 48 hours.
Ok, so separate from all of this, there was an emergency and I did not check e-mails until today, October 20. When I did so, I found an e-mail from Entirely Pets from October 16 saying the medication is on back order (?!?!?!)
At no time, the original order, the 2 conversations with my vet, or in the chat session, did Entirely Pets say that the medication was on back order with only "soon" as an estimated time of receipt. [Incidentally, Even today, if I go to the web site, that particular medication is showing as available and ready to ship.] And, unlike any other professional pharmacy, rather than call to say there was a problem, they e-mail. (Not everyone is tethered to their computer, but everyone is tethered to a phone. I would *think* a "pharmacy" would understand that medications just might be time sensitive).
I can not get the medication from anyone else until I get my money back from Entirely Pets. It was money I didn't have to spare to begin with, so coming up with more right now isn't possible. I have to wait until Entirely Pets refunds me to try again. Given their top notch service so far, I'm not getting my hopes up.
What I do know for sure is that Entirely Pets is absolutely responsible for prolonging stress related to determining if now is the time to say goodbye or if we can preserve quality of life. All they had to do is reflect back orders on their web site at the time of order, or call to say they didn't have the medication. Either action would have resulted in a no harm no foul, and I may have tried them again in the future.
If you don't care if or when you get your meds, sure, cheaper may be better, but if you require meds for a medical condition, pay more for a professional pharmacy.
