It has been a month and I still do not have my order. They will not answer their phone. I emailed 4 times before getting a response. When they finally did respond they blamed it on my vet. I had already spoken with my vet and it took 3 weeks before they got anything from Entirely Pets and they sent it back to them them the same day they received it. Now a week later still no order.They still aren't answering the phone. They aren't answering emails again. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Beware Ordered something And it’s been over 30 days They were supposed to send refund wanted another 15 days called back still no refund. Item I ordered was on back order Custer service is horrible

Place an order on 4/21 my order still shows as pending. Can't get a response to email and can't get anyone on the phone. Why is there not an option to cancel the order? If i could, i would cancel this order from them and get it from someone more reliable. I see tons of negative reviews in 2020 for them, perhaps they're affected by the pandemic, however their website does not state this. NOT GOOD.

Placed an order 12 days ago, order status is still “pending”. Three emails have gone unanswered, and no chat option available. Three phone calls to customer service kept me on hold for more 15 minutes each time until I finally hung up. Beyond frustrated. Never again.

If I could give zero stars,I would. Over 8 weeks and no response on my order. Terrible service!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Lack of communication. Clearly a company you need to STAY AWAY from! I will NEVER give them another red cent. Waited THREE weeks for my much needed medicine for my elderly dogs.

I placed an order over 30 days ago. I received an email about asking about the status of the order. I replied to the email. I have tried to contact them via chat. Won't work. I also tried calling them. i have been on hold for over 30 minutes. if I could give them zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order 5 1/2 weeks ago. 2 days in got an email that my order shipped. The next day got an email it was backordered. Gave it a week and called customer service. They say we will have it, delivered, in the next 10 days. We give it 15 days...no food, no emails. Today we sit on the phone for 35 minutes to have someone tell us...oh, we cancelled that order. No email or anything. No apology, no information. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! SCAM!!!
