Ordering was very easy and the shipping time was very quick. However, the igloo dog door I ordered was not near large enough. My mistake, think I have a different dog house.

Product was available, price was just unbeatable...the only cloud in this transaction was invoicing and getting the order thru...billing address in Canada and shipping address to USA..but in the end all is well...will reorder, that's for sure...

I had specifically requested a particular type of Midnight Crazies cat toy (a ball with bell inside toy), as shown on the website. It was specified on the order form that we must have that type only and did not need the newer version. ( Like many cats mentioned on previous reviews, our cat only plays with the old straight line version of Midnight Crazies and not the newer zig-zag version). Because the website showed the old version, I thought they might have a stash of the older version toys. I was disappointed when the new version came in the mail, but Entirely Pets promptly refunded the purchase when I called to voice my concern. We will be donating the toys to a pet shelter.

Good product price. My only regret is that it took 4 days between order placement and shipping and an additional 10 days for actual product receipt. That's 14 full days. I'm this day and age, two weeks is too long. But the price savings on sale days make it worth the wait for those of us in the Eastern time zone. Just have to plan accordingly.

Loved the tracking of my parcel.. would have like a warning of extra postage when delivered.

I have a 2 year old cat that has a serious problem with chewing up any kind of power cord. It started with my cellphone charger cords. After chewing up 27 of them, the stores finally started selling a metal one. But, at night while I was sleeping he was working on my alarm clock cord. Meanwhile, he chewed up an led desk lamp cord, a pet water fountain cord, my visiting Dad's multi 4 adapter charging cord, a wax warming cord and after almost 2 years the alarm clock cord. Finally, I found Entirely Pets. I just received the cords that I ordered for my air purifier, my new alarm clock, my new led lamp and new wax warmer. Freddie has not attempted to chew any of the newly covered cords. Now when my Dad visits again, I have the necessary protection. Thank you for this product. I am planning on purchasing a new pet fountain for my elderly cat in the very near future.
