I ordered the first time they auto shipped the next month even though it was a three month prescription I called them tell them it was not set up on auto shipped but they convinced me I was wrong order a second time again make sure was not auto ship charge me again the next month what a scam lost my business will NEVER order again!!! I have 4 dogs you lost major money

5/14 I made my purchase online. 6/6 I checked in via email and they claim my vet didn't fax prescription. I talked to the vet who said they did fax it and they refaxed it that day. 6/15--By this date the vet has faxed the prescription 3 times. Entirely Pets said they have delay due to backordered product (a MONTH after I ordered it they tell me there's a delay!). Their support team never responded to my email. 6/19 I called and talked to a manager (Dillan). I also emailed Dillan. I told him our dog ran out of meds and needs them immediately. He said their pharmacy said they never got a call or fax with the prescription - Alsager faxed again. 4th time! 6/25 Dillan told me product would ship priority by 6/26. He said he'd give a discount for the inconvenience and lowered the price from 45.04 to $42.39 (That's not much of a discount considering what If gone through so far.) It was shipped regular first class mail after waiting all that time and they knew my dog had been without this needed prescription for several weeks at this point. The date on the invoice said 6/25 but it was not shipped until some time between July 5 & 9 based on USPS records, and since the next day I got a notice saying it was on backorder again. 6/26 I mailed Dillan after I got 2 emails saying product is backordered (AGAIN) (see June 15) - never got response 6/29 I received email from they're sales department saying they'd send partial shipment that day because double packs were sold out and/or the expiration dates were too close, so they'd mail the second box when they got newer dates in stock. I emailed Dillan (manager) today also. By now I've had to buy individual pills at $7 a piece from my vet because the product never shipped after numerous promises that it would. On 7/9 I finally received the prescription. I received two boxes, not one like they said they'd do on June 29 (did they just forget to send the product that day?). To top it all off, I was overcharged. I didn't get the discount promised by Dillan and shown on one of the invoices. I emailed Dillan and two other contacts at Entirely Pets two times after receiving the product and getting overcharged. I got no response. 7/30 I still hadn't heard from anyone at EP so I disputed charges with my credit card company and emailed EP to tell them. I ended up with FOUR order numbers because of all the problems with this order. I referenced all the order numbers. No response. This is the worst customer service I have ever, in my life, received from a business that is supplying necessary prescriptions for people's beloved pets. I'm not even commenting on the debacle when we tried to order Pill Pockets from them through Amazon . . . In retrospect, I wish I'd paid more elsewhere to get the prescription when needed without having to email and call and spend time doing all of that. Next time, that's exactly what I'll do.

I ordered vaccinations from this company and a week later they had not shown up. I called them and they said they were out of stock. This puts my $5000 puppies at risk. They then proceeded to hang up on me. Worst customer service I have had to deal with.

Worst customer service ever!!! And don’t even think about receiving your order in a timely manner. Shop elsewhere!! Ordered a supplement for my horse 10 days ago and it’s still listed as “pending.” Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Ordered from them before and thought I’d try one more time. Big mistake!

Ordered an item back in March, never heard anything just something about did I get my order, never got a shipping notice, tracking etc. I called several times (on hold for at least 30 min each), told they were out of stock, they will send me info when shipped. Contacted them many times over email - no response. Finally was told 5 months later order was cancelled, again no email no notification. Just a terrible business should never be in business, avoid at all costs!!

Customer Service is terrible. Called for info. on a 12 day old order that was promised in 4-8 days, was on hold for 21 mins. before someone finally answered. Products on back order or out of stock are not indicated as such when placing your order, giving you the option to look elsewhere. Web site is awful, "Live Chat" Agents don't care & not professional. Even the link to email them is inop.

I would put negative stars if I could!!! Do not order!!! They took the money out of my account and I’ve been calling for two months for my order!!! Every person I talk to tells me something similar but different! Do not order! Just buy through a regular pet store or Chewy! You won’t receive your package from them! I’m never buying from a sketchy website like this again only the name brand ones I trust

I placed an order in March and patiently waited. I waited and waited. I then got an email saying they would update the status of my order the beginning of April. That never came. I waited 6 months and then decided to message them asking about the status of my order. They messaged me back and just said they are canceling it. I didn't say I wanted it canceled. They didn't give me an option. The product I purchased in March cost around $8. They now have it listed for around $24. Price gouging. But hey, I understand supply and demand. But, I don't accept horrible customer service. Don't purchase from here.
