Entirely Pets did not ship my order until I filed a Paypal dispute, then they sent me part of it. They never notified me that there was a problem, and I did not find out that some items were out of stock until I called. I filed a dispute with Paypal. They did not reply to the dispute, just sent a partial shipment. I'm fairly certain that I will not see the rest of the order or a refund as I placed the order a month ago. Be wary when ordering and use a credit card so you can get your money back when they don't ship.

Placed order but didn't receive. When I checked with them they said it was discontinued (but did not reach out and let us know after they had already accepted our money), and I should be receiving a refund within 3-5 business days. It didn't arrive. This affected our nonprofit funds and our animals who needed the product. Still trying to get the return of our monies.

Worst experience in years. Never got my products and can't get any refund. Basically, what they say: "Not our problem anymore if the product was not delivered, probably you lost your money. Good luck" Not recommended.

Terrible company. Ordered some supplements my dog needed and, after almost 2 weeks the order wasn't delivered (showed pending). Called Customer Service and was told it was on back order and they could give me an update (not delivery) in 1-2 weeks. Tried to delete my account but couldn't. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered Bravecto for 6 cats, and 2 dogs. Took 6 weeks to process because they claimed the vet never responded. I received only 4 treatments for the cats and 2 for the dogs, yet they charged me for everything. When questioned, they said they only received prescription for 1 cat, and sent 4 doses for 1 years supply. They are now avoiding my calls and emails. They owe me $88 for the product they never sent. They are a fraudulent company and should be investigated.

Do not order from these people. They have items listed that are no longer made, e.g., VariKennel 200s. I ordered 3, got one 100 size and returned it. I was credited for 2 of the crates I ordered. The other one has never been credited. I don't have a crate, but they have the merchandise back. CS rep very condescending, never bothered to check the returns, etc.

I ordered September 24th. First the issue was the vetmedin is back ordered, which I understand (I worked in the veterinary field so that med is always back ordered), so on October 1st I asked if they could send the other two heart medications and they said that they usually don't do that but he would get on it. We are now on October 7th and I have not heard anything or gotten any emails. I still had to buy one of the medications from my vets office. They make it like difficult to cancel the order. I'm pissed.
