I placed an order and paid for it through PayPal. Per paypal I need to request a refund for transaction 7SC54968GK219072T  Dec 18, 2020, Order # 240387,Order Total: 41.78 to be refunded to my PayPal account email They waited until the payment cleared PayPal to their acct to claim no stock and backordered. I have recieved 4 emails promising me a refund within 48hrs. Until now Jan 4th only excuses. The so called "Owner " responds to my negative reviews on Google map denying everything and here I see MANY experiences of the same from this company. They are a FRAUD and I reported them to the California state agencies they hold licenses with. I'll show them how it feels to be ignored and hung out to dry for defrauding customers online. I provided them with everything they wont even responded to the case in PayPal I opened

Found Entirely Pets in April 2020. Placed a large 10+ item order with them and over 2 weeks later none of my items had arrived. Called the company and they said all of them were back ordered. I chose to cancel my order as it seemed fruitless to wait. Fast forward to December 2020 and I decided to order 3 jars of joint supplement my dog takes daily. I ordered it in plenty of time for my dog to still have a small supply of it by the time my Entirely Pets order arrived. 13 days goes by and I call to find out where my order is. First guy says it's on back on order and it would be another week or two before it is replenished. They surely did charge my account though. From my complaining he says he'll offer me a discount /credit on my next order. I said after 2 bad experiences I don't think there will be a next time but to give the credit just in case I give them another chance. I still need the supplement and I hung up unhappy. Then I see an e-mail from them (there are daily e-mails and almost as frequent texts) about expedited shipping. I call back and tell the second rep that I would like free rushed shipping on this order when it arrives due to their problem and delay they caused. She said there is NO REFERENCE to my call I made an hour earlier and no note about the offered discount. I am convinced that this is what Entirely Pets does...sells whatever and leaves people hanging. I will NOT do business with them ever again. If you really want or need what you order, you may want to get it elsewhere to make sure it actually arrives.

Absolutely awful. Liars. Never called back. Never answered email. Overcharged. Did not refund.

Overcharged for item. Went thru PayPal 1st to resolve, then EPets emails apologizing and stating they’d given me a full refund, NOT! Had to deal further with my credit card to get the discount. Will NEVER deal with this company again! Bad way to treat customers!!

Entirely Pets was advertising a 20% site-wide discount in celebration of black Friday. I was in the process of entering my payment info when I received an instant message from Paypal that the price of the item in my order just went up $3.50! Upon price checking another item on their site (which I had verified a day earlier), I noticed they had inflated the price of that item, too. So in effect the customer is getting more like 15% off. What a scam!

Ordered medication online and paid using PayPal. They took my money then emailed me that the meds were not in stock. I told them to cancel the order. They sent me an email that the order was cancelled. Three weeks later and I’m still trying to get a refund. They’re thieves, plain and simple. I have now opened a case with PayPal to get my money back. Scammy operation. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam: sell products that they don't have in stock, accept the money for our orders, give misleading information about the tracking numbers, sent the products after 4 months (some of them expired), don't answer to the emails. Report this company

Scam. I waited 3 months for an order and when they finally got the product in the price had gone up so they canceled my order and told me to reorder at the higher price. Can’t believe that’s legal.
