We ordered 2 6mo supplies of flea and tick meds, treats etc. Around a 300$ order. Was advertised to ship in 3-4 business days, after a week with no shipping info we tried to call them repeatedly, on hold for over an hour with no one answering, left message to get a call back and 2 days later still no call back. Used online facebook chat to finally reach someone. Told them anything that hadn't shipped already to refund, after a few days they did finally refund it. Then around a month later they ship the product out and bill me for it. Had to cancel credit card and file fraud alert with bank, BBB and Attorney general of CA. Meanwhile contacted them again about returning this product and again, no answer.

Absolutely awful. I made a purchase on February 15 with 6-8 day shipping. I heard nothing and received no shipping notification. When I went back to the website to check on the status of my order it said that no account existed with my email. I sent an email to their customer support on March 3rd and again on March 6th asking for a refund, and received no response either time. I submitted a claim via my payment method on March 20 to get a refund...then all of a sudden more than a month later on March 22 I received an email that my order had shipped. Curious. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. I ended up getting the product I needed from my vet while I waited.

This place is a joke over 1 mo and still no meds called 3 times the last guy was rude as hell told me they sent me a email in March 18th saying my meds were back ordered I never received any email on the 18th but I did receive a email on the 19th saying my meds will be shipped today or tomorrow I won't be doing any business here I hope this helps you on making a decision.... yes the prices are good but what's the point if you don't get meds meanwhile your dog is getting worse and worse

Only received half my purchase, but they charged me for the whole thing. I called twice, they apparently processed a refund (twice) and I still haven't received anything a month later.

This company is great, until you need customer support and then they are horrible. They shipped me a product they told me they didn't have in stock; when I contacted them to return it within the return window, they said it would be subject to a 20% restocking fee and that a return shipping label was on the way. I waited 3 weeks for my return shipping label while maintaining contact with the company weekly, and they kept telling me that someone had emailed me the shipping label. I ended up just disputing the charge on my credit card, and during this process, they just sent me ANOTHER order.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!! I have ordered from them for years but they have recently gone badly downhill. Took weeks to get what I ordered, many phone calls & emails, no shipping info on website. Charged me immediately and they charged me twice, on the same day but different amounts. Been calling them for over a month now and promised several times that the refunds would be put on my credit card but so far it has not happened. They say it's because they are doing a programming change but, come on, over a month later? Starting to feel very scammy, which I hate to say but they have left me no choice. Will NEVER use them again.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order February 23 its been about 2 weeks I keep getting the run around when I call to check status. No one can give me tracking number. I was told it was mailed then next time I call it wasn't even mailed yet. However my card was charged right away. Simply ridiculous waste of time.

THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! FOR ONE YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE, IF YOU DO,THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD UNTIL YOU HANG UP AFTER WAITING 20 TO 30 MINUTES. EVERY TIME I TRIED THE CHAT OPTION IT WAS NEVER AVAILABLE. 2. I PAID MORE MONEY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING BUT NOTHING SHIPPED FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS. I FINALLY GOT A PERSON ON THE PHONE AND SHE STATED IT WOULD SHIP IN 2 DAYS....THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I FINALLY JUST CONTACTED PAYPAL AND ONCE THEY GOT INVOLVED THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I GOT A REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUST WORTHY, THEY LIE TO YOU, YOU PAY FOR A FASTER DELIVERY AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO DELIVERY AT ALL!!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY, THERE ARE VERY REPUTABLE COMPANIES ON THE WEB, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
