Unethical dishonest lying crooks. They shipped out product (Azodyl) that needs refrigeration 7 days late. I received product in hot condition. They have nerve to tell me that they cannot issue RMA even though it’s their mistake. I will never buy anything from this beyond unethical immoral company ever again!

Don't buy from these people. I ordered 2 vials of Bravecto on sale. They sent me 4 vials with NO SALE PRICE. They say my vet told them I needed 4 and so they sent me 4 and for some reason (because the order changed?) took away the sale price and charged me full price for 4 vials. I complained and the woman said she would credit my account for the sale price difference but its been a month and NO CREDIT. Who does that? Even if the vet said that, which I can't confirm, I only ordered 2 vials - not 4. The vet doesn't speak for me and can't change my order. This is unethical behavior. Ann Reardon

Ordered 6 mo. of heartworm preventative. Arrived in a plastic ziploc instead of original box. After I gave the 4th chew, I noticed that chew and the other remaining 2 were expiring that month. Called and rep was very rude to me but said for me to send a detailed email explaining the situation and the 2 replacement chews would be sent to me. 2 weeks later, nothing. Called and someone else said to resend the explanatory email and the 2 replacements would be sent. 10 days later, nothing. Called again, told them I HAD to have the replacements in 5 days and was told a supervisor (Sean) would take over the scenario and would ship the chews expedited. 5 days later, nothing. Called and finally got to talk to Sean who tried to pass the buck to everyone else involved. Said he called me 5 days before, left a voicemail that I needed to call him. I checked 2 different cell phones and my house phone and even checked deleted voicemails. Nothing. I had to explain the whole story again because he "never saw the email" I sent twice before as per 2 of the representatives instructed me to. Now he says he can't overnight it but will ship to arrive "in 2-4 days." Don't believe one word anyone from this company says. Don't trust the health of your pet to any of these people.

They shipped me a powder not the joint chews I ordered and already paid for. They then think I am going to pay again. Still have not gotten the return shipping label. Found the same stafford product at Walmart online. There must be something in the California water to make these people this dumb!

0 stars. Their website fails to disclose to consumers when products are out of stock & accepts transactions for products they do not have. In addition, there is also no email notification process in place to inform consumers that the product ordered is not available when the order confirmation email is generated after the online transaction is complete. The online order history shows a pending status. In order to obtain a true status, the consumer must call to follow up at which time, the consumer is informed that the product is out of stock with no ETA. Customer service is aware of the website and automated issues. Sadly, the same technical issues exists for Healthypets.com who is an affiliated entity of Entirelypets.com. If your pet requires Rx or supplements that are time-sensitive, do not order online. Even when Express 1-2 day shipping is paid ($29.95 at Healthypets.com) or $34.95 (Entirelypets.com), you will not be properly informed that your item is unavailable and will not ship.

The customer service is a joke. I received an order that I didn't place around May 1. I called and I was told that they had a system upgrade and some orders had been shipped by mistake. They did send me a shipping label after I called TWICE. I returned the item and they received it on May 7th. Here it is June 2nd and I still have not received a refund to my credit card. I called on May 11 and was told it was being issued. When it still wasn't showing on my account I called on May 28th and received two emails, one an RA and the other a credit memo. Today is June 2nd and I called my credit card company and they show nothing from EntirelyPets/HeathlyPets. The payment is due June 7th and this is the only thing I owe on this credit card. What a joke! I do not recommend doing busy with them.

Tried placing an order on 5/7 and all their website indicated for the status was that it was "pending". I tried emailing them multiple times for an update and never received a response. While waiting, our cat died. I wrote them again, stating that a refund was needed and STILL never heard back. I have a case open with Paypal so we can receive our refund. It's pathetic that in 2021 we still have websites ripping people off like this. If you value your time, pet and money, stay far away from this website.

After receiving my order, I contacted sales to discuss the problem I had with it. That was seven days ago and I have yet to receive a response. Meanwhile, I've gotten two sales pitch emails from marketing. Why would I order anything else from Entirely Pets when they've yet to respond to my first concern?
