I've received countless emails, phone calls and calls from my vet. I've cancelled any orders and any business with the company repeatedly since last spring. It's going on eight months and they are still emailing and calling me saying they are shipping an order?! As soon as I talk to someone and they confirm and I get a confirmation email everything has been cancelled.. They start again. I swear to God I've talked by phone and email, they'll send me an email saying my business is finished then ten minutes later they're shipping an order.. Before I've even responded. They contact my vet constantly and have upset them and get calls me allo to complain. I have reported it and there's no place to remove my payment info. They keep trying to charge me and overdraft my account. I'm going to file this as fraud with the bank but they won't stop harassing me. Never ever order from them.. they can't be trusted.

Absolute trash customer service. I had to open a paypal dispute to get any answers. Took over 20 days for delivery. Don't waste your time or money. Go to Chewy.

I ordered meds on a Monday. Followed up the next Monday since I hadn't received any updates. I was told my order # was under another person's name and to call back 3 hours later when the pharmacy was open. Called back and then was told they were waiting for Dr approval. I called the dr and they had just received the request that morning. I called EP again and demanded they ship the meds overnight. Here is is 10 days later and still waiting for delivery. NEVER AGAIN! Done with entirely pets.

My order was shipped on 9/16. I kept trying to track and finally emailed customer service. They told me it was in shipment & showed out for delivery. Customer service just kept telling me to keep tracking and everytime I called the company they said keep tracking. I finally got the order on 10/6!! I do not fault the company for the lost shipment but I do fault them for not being very responsive.

I placed 3 orders 3 different times. They were never fulfilled because they didn’t have it in stock! They didn’t even email me to let me know they were out of stock. Horrible customer service. Please don’t bother using them. They will not have what you need in stock but they will charge you regardless. Horrible horrible

FIRST SHIPMENT WAS GREAT, BUT EACH AND EVERY SUBSEQUENT PURCHASE THE DELAYS WERE LONGER AND LONGER TO RECEIVE ITEMS. ON MY LAST ORDER DATED 6/28, I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. I EMAILED THE COMPANY TWICE AND NO RESPONSE, I CALLED THE COMPANY TWICE, BOTH TIMES THEY SAID THE ORDER WAS BEING PROCESSED AND (2-1/2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED) TODAY I CHATTED WITH SOMEONE ON THEIR WEB PAGE AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AN UPDATE OF WHEN I SHOULD RECEIVE THE ORDER.... I BELIEVE I'VE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH I WANT A FULL REFUND... I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR OFFICES TO OPEN TO OPEN A CLAIM... NAH, BRO...I'LL GO THROUGH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY AND BE DONE WITH ENTIRELY PETS ONCE AND FOR ALL... IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF PET SUPPLIES OR FOOD, DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM, UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PATIENCE OF A SAINT!

New method of shipping is terrible. Please go back to USPS for entire shipment. Fedex delayed delivery several days by misrouting the package

After three days and not receiving any word I logged on to their website for a CHAT. Then they tell me my item is back ordered and will be a few weeks. I guess they did not think I might need the item before Christmas. Stay away.
