Hi Darren, Thanks for your review and what your experience has been with your wallet case. We really do take these things into account. As mentioned in our replies to other reviewers, we're actually working on a revamped version of the Folio that will be out later this year, and all the feedback we get is taken into consideration for the upcoming design. One of the new features will include a more powerful magnet system to hold the case and the card holder portion together much better. Hi Wanda, Thanks very much for the feedback. Over time, the leather will stretch and become more pliable. As the case gets more and more use, you'll notice it will be more how you would like it (based on your description). Regardless, we're glad you're enjoying the case. - Enphold

Hi Francisco, We're sorry to hear you're having issues with this. The Easel cases you ordered most certainly do support wireless charging (see here: https://youtu.be/wriQi4nA0dM), so either the wireless charging pad you are trying to use with the doesn't have the signal strength to begin charging your phone, OR it's simply not placed on the charging pad properly. Please keep in mind that The Easel is NOT compatible with MagSafe chargers, as indicated in the product description. Regardless, we want to do what we can to help you. Try using another wireless charger to see if it does the trick. If you feel like you have a defective product from us, let us know and we'll gladly exchange it for you. - Enphold
